Regina Geames

Regina Geames is the founder of BHEIRS, a conduit for helping women of the African Diaspora discover how to complete their “To Do” list—by resting! She attended the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and Covenant Bible Theology School in Tallahassee, Florida. Ms. Geames has extensive training in child development, leadership, facilitating, interpersonal relationship building, mental health, and institutional racism. She also has practiced the Nukuzu Zaba (principles of Kwanzaa) for over twenty-five years.

A resident of Rochester, New York, Ms. Geames is a dedicated member of her local church, and also serves numerous affiliations both locally and nationally. She approaches life with enthusiasm and a smile, contributing her greatest accomplishments to being the mother of three adult children, grandmother to five, and great-grandmother to one.
